For Both Ads: Applicant must submit Application Form along with Covering Letter, CV/Resume attested Educational testimonial, CNIC, Experience Certificate/s should be addressed at Hospital Director, Human Resource Department Bacha Khan Medical Complex Shah Mansoor Swabi.
For Ads 01: Application processing fee of Rs. 1000/- must be deposited in bank account number 3003685542 from Serial no. 01 to Serial no.02 and Rs. 500/- from Serial no. 03 to Serial no. 06 as case processing fee.
