HBL is looking to hire an “Assistant Product Manager-Debit Card “ in Consumer Rural and SME Banking Function, Karachi who will be responsible for developing and assisting in product management including implementation and enhancements in business processes in order to add value to customers transaction processing.
• Creating all product and system related documentation in order to effectively communicate specific product requirements
• Communicating with all internal stakeholders including IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Retail, Phone Banking and CRU in order to develop and improve business processes and systems in line with business objectives
• Creating all documentation for product development and enhancement including product programs, business requirement documents, service level agreements, process manuals, UAT scripts, compliance reviews, etc. in order to accurately and efficiently implement all steps in the product development cycle
• Conducting all product development and testing processes including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, IT compliance walkthroughs, product approvals, and live implementation in order to ensure smooth and efficient customer launch
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline(s).
Experience: 2 – 3 years’ of relevant banking experience
