ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Warehouse for its Pharmaceuticals business, based in Karachi.

Key Job Accountabilities:         

· Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

· Managing and reporting inventories in systems as per physical availability of stocks.

·  Coordinating and managing supplier audits, physical counts of material as per GMP & HSE compliance and verifying/managing vendor bills for payments.

·  Coordinating training of warehouse team on EHS/GMP SOPs and best housekeeping.

· Utilising storage facilities to derive maximum benefit of space.

· Ensuring correct dispensing on a daily basis, without any errors.

· Working proactively with various departments to realise efficiencies and manage expectations.

· Suggesting improvements to operations and resolving problems and complains.

· Supervising, coaching and training the inventory team.

Key Skills:

• Well organised and a team player with a positive attitude.

• Effective communication and strong follow-up.

• Problem-solving, teamwork and strong implementation skills.

• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise effectively in a multi-tasking environment.

• Familiar with warehousing storage as per ISO Standards, cGMP, GSP & HSE guidelines.

• Expert at SAP – (MM, PP Module).

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
