Join our team and express yourself as an Associate Helpdesk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing level 1 support across the organization; evaluating, analyzing, and resolving help desk queries; coordinating with IT Service Providers for resolution of Level II & III issues; performing daily system monitoring and verification of system resources as per checklist including board room; managing IT equipment inventory available in Pool; maintaining user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed; assisting with onboarding of new users.
