Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Center (SKMCH & RC / SKMCH) is a cancer center located in Lahore and Peshawar, Pakistan. This is the first project of the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust, a charitable organization established under the British Indian Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. It is the largest tertiary care hospital in Pakistan.

The hospital was founded by Pakistani cricketer-turned-politician and current Prime Minister Imran Khan. The idea to build a cancer hospital came after his mother, Ms. Shaukat Khanum, was diagnosed with cancer in 1985.
